Well i came to this page because i thought it was probably a hoax and you say it is fraud, but can you explain why indeed? When i was a kid these things already existed by letter, i remember paying 10 cents into something (a huge investment at the time) and getting no more then 20 cents back, and being disappointed. My father, a mathematician, explained and i've forgotten, so before i will try his 75 year old patience again, maybe you'd be so kind.....
